ROGER LIPTON TO BE FEATURED SPEAKER AT NRA (National Restaurant Association) CONFERENCE – JUNE 13th – SAN ANTONIO, TX

I am honored to be providing an hour long presentation to restaurant finance professionals at the National Restaurant Association’s “Tax & Finance Executive Study Group”.

The three day Conference starts on Tuesday, June 12th at 1pm and runs through Thursday, June 14th at 11:30am. I will be presenting Wednesday, the 13th, from 1pm – 2pm.

The subject of my presentation is “Wall Street View of Restaurant Industry” – among the topics I am planning to discuss are:

The use and misuse of the “Sales to Investment Ratio”

The ramifications of the now well entrenched Reg FD (Full Disclosure)

Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) – how do they affect capital markets

Strategy to Deal with the “Buy Side” and “Sell Side” of Wall Street

How to Attract Long Term Shareholders rather than Short Term Traders

What does Wall Street Embrace?  and Avoid?

The current state of the restaurant industry, the problems, the opportunities

We will provide a summary of my remarks on this site as soon as possible after the event.

For those of you in the San Antonio area, please let me know if you would like to attend any or all of the Conference.
